Tuesday Week One
ENGLISH
Spelling
OPTIONAL, Parents/Carers you could give your child a PRETEST of this week's spelling words to determine a list of words they can focus on when learning to spell.
1. Students watch the Brainstorming words lesson for this week's sound. Using either a whiteboard or piece of paper brainstorm a list of words you already know with this week's sound.
2. Watch either Year 1 or Year 2 video clips to practise reading and sounding out your words.
Note on Friday, after you have practised spelling over the week, you can complete unit 11 in your Sound Waves text book.
